I have found this contoured Sleep Mask from SleepLife on Amazon. Its very comfortable and most importantly stops most light whilst Im trying to sleep on a post night shift nap. The velcro strap means it fits perfectly and really helps me rest when on a long flight. It looks neat and the carry bag keeps its moulded form so it fits me perfectly even after several uses. The ear plugs have been irreplaceable when I sleep in the day after a shift and the kids are at home! Overall an invaluable purchase which I could not live without now!
